AdGuard is not blocking ads in "Web Apps" on macOS Sonoma by default #1292

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://adguard.com/en/test.html in Safari.
  2. Click File > Add to Dock > Add
  3. Open newly added WebApp and check if AdGuard is working.

For AdGuard to work in Web Apps, you need to go to AdGuard > Preferences > Network > Applications and add the WebApp manually.

Path to Web App main executable:
/System/Volumes/Preboot/Cryptexes/App/System/Library/CoreServices/Web App.app/Contents/MacOS/Web App

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

AdGuard is not working on the test page by default
