Steps to reproduce

Open Safari browser and go to any website
Open AdGuard Assistant and tap on the "Pause AdGuard button"
Next, try turning the protection back on
After a few attempts, you will not be able to enable AdGuard through the helper

Additional info:

In some situations, you may encounter a UI bug
Time in logs: 14:16 | 24.12.2020

OS version: 11.2 Beta (20D5029f)
AdGuard version: 2.5.2.939 nightly (CL-1.7.153)
