Compatibility issues with Ahnlab Safe Transaction

Steps to reproduce

1. Use AdGuard alongside with Ahnlab Safe Transaction
2. All HTTPS websites will refuse to load with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error
3. Non-secure websites will load very slowly

Expected behavior

Websites should load w/o issues

Disabling Ahnlab Safe Transaction seems to be out of question. User reports that this software is required to perform banking operations in South Korea.

Still doesn't work. Ticket 2121205 has a screen capture of the entire process; I've also asked for a fresh batch of logs.
