There are some foreign requests falling in filtering log if the DNS module is enabled, no matter what resolver is selected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open AdGuard and enable DNS module
  2. Run some application that isn't added to the filtering apps list
  3. Surf the web and check the filtering log

Expected behaviour

Everything should be in order.

Actual behaviour

The foreign requests get into filtering log with enabled DNS module
