Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the latest AdGuard adblocker
  2. Install the latest Adguard VPN
  3. Go to AdGuard's settings-> Advanced settings
  4. "Use redirect driver mode" - checked

Expected behavior

Filtration works

Actual behavior

Filtration doesn't work
