Check if it is possible to move our stylesheets and scripts to the shadow DOM #482

This task is similar to AdguardTeam/AdguardBrowserExtension#44 but for desktop Adguard.

Using Shadow DOM helps if web page relies on stylesheets order.

Of course shadow DOM is a bit different from how it works now.
All selectors should have "::content" prefix.

Possible, but this may cause other issues and does not actually solve anything.
