Upgrade network speed of adguard windows desktop to atleast 8gigabit throughput

today came the news that in the netherlands 8gbit is now here for households, and many people ordered it already.
and i thought adguard is for windows and for mac only 2.5gigabit throughput

Please note that we have recently increased AdGuard throughput to approximately 3.5 Gbps. However, this limit is set to maintain reasonable performance, and further increases will require complex changes. Also, a small fraction of available consumer devices support 8 Gbps throughput, so we will return to implementing this as it becomes more widely available.

In fact, the same applies to AdGuard for Mac related ticket you have opened.
