We recommend that you proceed with the warning screenshot section after having someone who speaks Korean interpret it for you.
The screenshot shows the same settings for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
The problem occurred after completely uninstalling AdGuard and updating to version 7.16.0.
Note: When deleting, not only the folder but also the registry is deleted.
And even though I installed the troubleshooting patch file version, the problem occurred.
When attempting to update AdGuard filtering in Windows 10, except for some filtering, an “error” message appears and the update fails.

Windows 11 operating system has slow Internet access speeds.
This is based on Google Chrome and Firefox browsers.
*Both browsers are up to date.
Since the problem was not resolved, I deleted AdGuard on my Windows 10 PC.
