English filter keeps enabling itself

I am now using Easy List and Easy Privacy only.
I see sometimes English Filter Activating itself(although automatically activate lang filters is turned off).This usually happens after filter database update and sumtyms randomly like on service restart or sys restart.

Steps to reproduce

Try the above combo in question and then wait for successful filter lists update(wait for update and not just a check for updates) after successful update, then close adguard but continue filtering. now open AG GUI, english filter lists should be enabled.

Couldn't reproduce it with enabled spyware&social media filters. Will try with matched filterlist now.

Here are few easy steps to reproducethis issue:

1. delete all filters except english, easyList and easyPrivacy
2. turn off english and user filter
3. check for updates
