Improve manifest reader and add validator to improve enval execution UX

[hrodes]

• go validator syntax validations (field version validator is semver or fixed, ...)
• Set default values (semver for field validation type, required true, ...)
• Check that all tools in manifest are configured
• Check that flavors exist in tool
• Check that all checks are compatible with the definitions of the tools
