Photos - Searchable description field on a photo

I think it could be good, to have a description field to a photo - not only to an album as in #283 but also to a photo.
It could be a field that was shown under each thumbnail, but only with the xx first characters, and then when hovering the field, the whole text showed up.

And then a search function. maybe a search function that searched the actual album/directory AND the sub-albums/directories.
When You are allowed to see albums, You should also be able to search, and here should be no need to "drop" any directories the user are not allowed to see, as it is either all allowed or not.

Issue is not possible because to do not save the images in database, so we could not save additional informations to a photo.
Therefore the current concept of the module must be rewritten.
