VLT RCP failing while content-sync

AEM AMS - 6.5.13
RCP Vault Bundle version - 6.4.8 (latest)

Getting this error while syncing the contents:
ERROR [61.12.91.218 [1681473889845] POST /system/jackrabbit/filevault/rcp HTTP/1.1] org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.rcp.impl.RcpTaskImpl Error while retrieving src repository https://IP address/crx/server/crx.default/jcr:root/content/xyz: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to IP address:443 [/IP address] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

Please note - SSL installed in the LB and the server is accessed only with HTTPS without Port Number.
