I have the switchbot ble the button presser, it connects to homey but anytime I try and press it command just times out. Have I missed a set up step? I'm right next to the homey so distance isn't the issue

I have the same problem with my Homey pro.
Homey finds the bot and shows the BLE MAC, but when I give the bot the command to press, nothing happens. After a while I receive an error from Homey with the message; Timed out after 30000ms
