[FEATURE] Refinement of Search Results

PROBLEM
In general, the search engine can return long results, which contain a lot of information not useful for answering the input question. We should add refinement to extract relevant information from each piece of the search results.

SOLUTION
After the BaseRetrievalAction is implemented (#347), add a refinement component to it.
