During user testing, we used a 3rd party application to generate and scan QR codes for IPFS and IPNS urls. The 3rd party app kept track of scanned QR codes, but knowing what a giver URL in the history pointed to proved to be a challenge.
It would be possible to save a list of IPNS/IPFS urls with some annotation as part of the data associated with a blog. This would be especially useful if QR generation and scanning is integrated with the app (#5)
