Some extensions like TSLint don't show on list of extensions #3

Some extensions from Microsoft specifically don't show on the list of extensions.

I think I know where the bug is generated, when getting all extensions I apply a filter on built-in extensions, but looks like TSLin got filtered.

I think I might revert that filter

JavaScript and TypeScript Nightly extension also got filtered, and same as TSLint it's made by Microsoft.
