This project is officially done and deprecated. Scratch-Blocks are now natively themeable (see #365, #621, #638, #643) so if you'd like to theme Scratch 3.0, please refer to this handy guide. This code might come in handy for certain kinds of Blockly hax, but it's no longer necessary for styling. Most of the docs and example code is outdated anyway.
sb3-theme is a javascript engine that makes it easy to create themes/skins for Scratch-Blocks (and Scratch 3.0) as userscripts. It adds classes to every block and input so you can easily style them with CSS. For a list of these classes, see the wiki. It also has a few other functions that make styling easier.
Just like Scratch-Blocks, this is a work-in-progress. Everything is subject to change. Use at your own risk. 📦
