incompatability with create: balanced flight (angel ring)

Description of a Bug:

A clear and concise description of what the issue is.

Unable to fly with gift of the heavens/gift of the creator (both) with create: balanced flight (v2.2.0 is the only versin ive tested). it just gives constant refreshing slow falling. tested with beacon on both scrolls

How to Reproduce:

1. ... have both mods installed (enigmatic legacy and create: balanced flight)
2. ... equip either scrolls mentioned above
3. ... try to fly
4. Behold! only slow falling
