This is a YOLO based deeplearning project for identifying wheather a person weared face mask or not. During covid-19 outbreak most of the government issued an order for people have to wear fask mask in public places. This project is mainly for schools, shopping malls, offices and companies etc to grant entry for only people those who are weared facemask.
- Python 3.6 or above
- OpenCV 3.4/4.2
- GPU for better performance(optional)
1. First clone this github repo:
`git clone https://github.com/AkhilGKrishnan/Face-Mask-Detector.git facemaskdetect`
2. Move to project repo
`cd fasemaskdetect`
3. Install dependencies
`pip install -r requirements.txt`
4. To run the application
`python maskdetect.py`
