ルールベースな手法，weather prediction dataから（将来の気象情報をシミュレーションした数値データ），天気予報を自動生成．corpus analysisと専門家のsuggestを通じて，どのようなwordを選択して天気予報を生成するか詳細に分析したのち，ルールを生成してテキスト生成
