Fix the low quality face textures for characters

This has been a biiig problem since the beginning of the project, which neither me or hououin_kyouma figured out how to get past. If you want to see it in more detail, check the description on the main page of this repo.

But this one probably has higher priority than #5 for obvious reasons. The faces stick out, specially on Aqua, and a few models had to be scratched from upgrades due to ugly bugs they have without their faces being upgraded too, like Peter Pan for example(It's currently blacklisted on the .ini)
