anyone knows how ANSYS works?
for demo here is the video
ANSYS workbench tutorial

It is not an open source but we can show case it in SIH
we only need to create a structure and a file having all damage algorithm( damage that will happen due to several factors ex gravity,speed breaker etc)
the file having this algorithm can be same for all structures.

apart from it i also found this one
project chrono
it is open source and have Multibody dynamics ,Open API design and Vehicle dynamics
since it has api design we can use it in website.
