This is the first issue on the roadmap to fully support RFC 7959. Receiving fragmented messages is being worked on in #22 so it would be nice to being able to send them aswell.

See https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7959#section-2.5 for details:

In a request with a request payload (e.g., PUT or POST), the Block1
Option refers to the payload in the request (descriptive usage).

Ideally, this block size respects the preferred block size of the server (#25).
