Attempt 2 at fixing the graphical bug

Small visual improvements

Window will no longer flash white when opening program windows.

Icon fix

Fixed icon in Windows. Clicking on notifications will open the main window. Double clicking on the tray icon will now open the main window on Windows and MacOS. (not like i have a macos release or anything)

Privacy settings

There are now privacy settings for error tracking, you can no longer open multiple instances of the app, overall looks of the app improved.

RPC will now Auto-reconnect

Previously, the RPC could not reconnect by itself, and gave the user no indication that it disconnected either. Now it will not only alert you, but also reconnect to discord when it can.

Windows support

I figured out why windows wasn't building and fixed it. There is also autostart settings in the settings menu. I will not be building for 32 bit systems because those are no longer supported in the world we live in.

Initial build

Right now there is only a build for Linux as my machine won't work with me and build it for other oses.

EDIT: You might have to use node and run npm start in the main directory to get the program to work, don't know. still can't build for windows.
