I have adapted the random quantile forest module on InfodenguePredict to run for a whole state using the clusters for each city as predictors, i.e. the qf_state_prediction function. The function now saves the model for each city after fitting.
Now It's a matter of loading the saved models and attempting to predict for chik and Zika.
