In the settings modal, users should be able to limit the amount of time worked on each day.

They should also have a maximum effort, pending the resolution of #20

This will probably require #25 to make sense, so I'm going to push this back to another release (not v2).

When #32 is resolved, events will take time out of the time allotted for each day
