My computer caused this result after an automatic update, and reinstalling or restarting my computer will not resolve it

Hi! Yeah, this is a known problem... The Dell driver sometimes starts to report 2-3*C GPU temp. No idea how or why, but it resets itself back to normal operation after some time (up to a day).
The same problem persists even in the original AWCC application.

For reference, 2c is what awcc reports if the gpu is not present at all due to hardware failure, i assume the same is true when its simply powered down

Very interesting! Is there a way to reproduce this (i.e. power down the gpu)? Or did you have a real gpu failure and noticed this?

Had a real gpu failure, G15 5535 with 4060 rtx died shortly after delivery, was not visible on the pci bus, has since been fixed under warranty

Maybe see what it reports after closing a game? think it reports 2c then. I'm running linux and stumbled across this project while searching for info on the awcc wmi device
