动态创建的form表单提交：动态创建form表单提交时一定要将form添加到document内部作为子元素，否则在ff和ie上并不能完成提交功能。

ajaxfileupload.js上传文件 ie8拒绝访问。ie为了安全控制，文件必须鼠标点击过后，才能提交，代码触发无效。
解决办法：写样式时将input[type="file"]的opacity设置为0，放到鼠标点击的地方
