LPF with broken MPI wrappers fails at make install #10

When using a broken MPI installation -- with mpi wrappers found, but not working -- LPF does cmake and make successfully, but fails at 'make install' with errors such as:
lpfcc failed to produce *correct* linker flags for a simple pthread BSPlib program
