Research accessible requirements/pitfalls for header sections
- Add Skip Link above header
Research accessible requirements/pitfalls for main sections
- Main section should have id of "main" for skip link
Research accessible requirements/pitfalls for footer sections
Add Main, Header, and Footer sections to App.js
