OmeZarrReader redundant testfile

With the addition of the OmeZarrReader in #493, some new test files were added. In particular files s1_t7_c4_z3_Image_0.zarr and s1_t7_c4_z3_Image_1.zarr are two scenes from a larger file written out individually. Only one of these files is needed for testing purposes, The other should be removed.

Step 1) Remove the test from test_ome_zarr_reader
Step 2) Remove the file itself from bucket and create a new hash
