Tuna Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Mikoto Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Mikoto Ginger Dressing, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and freshly ground black pepper until well blended.
  2. Marinate Tuna: Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the tuna, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Seal the dish or bag
  3. Refrigerate: Refrigerate and let the tuna marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  4. Prepare for Cooking: Remove the tuna from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Cook the tuna as desired, either by grilling, broiling, or searing in a pan.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the prepared tuna with your choice of side dishes, such as steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
