Version 16 of PostgreSQL has now been released and we should consider upgrading our servers.

@SandGrainOne Duplikat av Altinn/altinn-platform#634? Eller skal de håndteres i to forskjellige repos?

@annerisbakk Jeg foretrekker at det er en issue per repo med avhengigheter til PostgreSQL. Det er Events, Notifications og Storage. Da kan den i Platform lukkes
