Standard receipt text & edit text for Altinn inbox - Archive and receipt page

Update

Altinn inbox have no functionality for showing receipt text in the message. This text is only visible on receipt page to day. For Altinn Studio we should take a new look into what needs we need cover with our apps. For now we will only show the standard text on completed forms in the Altinn Archive and on receipt page.

Issue should be updated to include these questions:
How does the developer add/edit custom text for receipt/inbox/archive
What do we need to include? Just text, data gathered from submitted form, pictures etc.
How should this be presented to the user?
Should there be different text in the inbox/archive and the receipt page?

Description

When a service has been completed by the end user, they are presented with a receipt. This receipt is stored in their Altinn Archive. Today the receipt text is only showed on the receipt page and not in the inbox/archive.

Scope

• The task of this issue is to specify where the standard text shall be in the app files, so that app owner could alter the text directly here.
• Define the standard key for this (similar to key for title of the service)
• Add the standard text, so that a default text is added to new applications that are created.
• Should support the text in multiple languages in the future.
• At this point there are no limitation on text length. The Altinn message box component will expand to fit the size of the text. The receipt page should also behave in the same way.

Out of scope

• The design of how it shall be displayed to the end user is handled in Update standard message box - Archive to list Altinn Studio Apps instances #926
• In long term it might be possible to edit the text directly in the UI in Altinn Studio, but this is taken out of scope for now.
• Adding more than one language (Bokmål)

Considerations

Input (beyond tasks) on how the user story should be solved can be put here.

Acceptance criteria

• Standard text is present for new applications created in Altinn studio
• Service developer has the possibility to edit this text by accessing the application files.
• Standard text should be "Det er gjennomført en maskinell kontroll under utfylling, men vi tar forbehold om at det kan bli oppdaget feil under saksbehandlingen og at annen dokumentasjon kan være nødvendig. Vennligst oppgi referansenummer ved eventuelle henvendelser til etaten."

@Febakke I have updated this issue somewhat and the only part missing now for taking it to the tech specification is to define the standard text that will be added to the applications files. Can you please have a look at that?

@Febakke do we have any examples of existing Altinn II services that use custome receipt footer texts?? Studying the code in sbl there is no indication that it is possible to have a custome text in the marked area

@Febakke as far as I can see the custom message is only available for correspondence.. Could you confirm that the custom text should be available for forms as well and not just correspondences?
