Description

Today our apps have a very "Altinnsk" design. We have observed that this is something that can confuse the user to who the app owner is. We also want to create a design that multiple owners can use and our users can recognize across all apps.
We change the background color in our apps to a more neutral color.
Our blue color can be a little too "Altinn" and might take away from who is owning the application. We should also remove the "organization" icon in the header and change the color of the header.
