/usr/sbin/gatekeeper: error while loading shared libraries: libIPSec_MB.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

There's just no way around it. What actually is required? What have you forgotten to mention?

You're the first person to report this error. Could you add a description of your setup? What platform are you using? What steps have you followed?
