Home power cycle causes WiFi to boot before internet #9

When a whole home power cycle occurs, typically the Wi-Fi router will boot up and broadcast a network signal which will allow the boards "internet" to establish. In reality the internet is not actually connected, this will cause the NPT time get to fail and subsequently the API will be stuck returning a 503 - NTP connection not established yet
