Session creation is not saving Start time and End time

When a user is trying to create a Session, the Start time and End time is not being saved. If you try to edit the session and save it, it works. The endpoint is "/sessions" and the method is "post".

There is an ask for us to go from the 24 hour to 12 hour system. Would be great if we can verify or add support if necessary.
