Run list alerts don't show properly. #271

Each cell on the run list has a visible, grey alert icon. It does not properly show an alert. Desired behavior:

Icon should not show if there is no alert
Icon should show if there is an alert
Clicking on the icon should bring you to the alerts page

We should at least do (1) asap. I'm not sure how hard (2) and (3) are, given the api structure.
