Role based access for routing

Relates to AmpersandTarski/prototype#142. The solution uses Angular Guards to restrict access to certain pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Some pages should be unreachable by the user based on their roles.

When trying to load a certain page where the user has no access to, the user should not be able to be reach that page. What happens next is still debatable, but we will start by redirecting the user to the home page.
