[BUG] bad characters in slug #706

Describe the bug
the slug generated won't filter out characters like '

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

create a new resume
give it a name like Essa's resume
the slug will be essa's-resume
See error

Expected behavior
remove all not safe for url characters
