Add ResponderChainReader for syntax like ScrollViewReader and GeometryReader.

ResponderChainReader { chain in
    HStack {
        TextField(...).responderTag("field1")
        Button("Focus") {
            chain.firstResponder = "field1"
        }
    }
}

Maybe named ResponderReader?
