Should create a page (linked or not) that can be used a link / jumping off point to link to all newsletter mailings)

Needs

  1. waves behind text image (make own issue?) - apply wavy edges treatment to the lineup component #82

Details

  1. Create top level New page
  2. Create launch newsletter per first wave of content and pages #70
  3. Add to navigation
