We will want make sure we come up with a good way to present the content of the splash page for mobile browsers.

1. Determine Designs (need to get this from the designer)
2. Wrap signup form to be below event details
3. Correctly size event details image + text ( see Event Details Component #7 )

A v4 of the style guide has been updated in the discussion which should include mobile treatment -#1

In talking with @aholtzman in Slack, there's a good case to be made that having the message + bottle logo next to the form would be too squished on mobile, which I could easily see happening. Better alternative seems to be to just keep it as it is on desktop, with those two elements continuing to be stacked on top of each other. 👍
