I'm pretty sure this is related to the glow material as I didn't notice it before we added it:

No, this happens with non-glowing Polylines as well.

This is just recent, one of our recent pulls for polylines did this. It appears to be the edge of the polyline that comes up against the near plane in multi-frustum that has the problem.

Okay, @emackey showed me how to reproduce this. I wasn't zooming in far enough.

All four lines in the Sandcastle Polyline demo show this effect if you zoom in enough.
