I just did some tests with a RGSS2 based game and it ran perfect with the newest prebuild binaries but i had an issue with the custom font not loading.
I then compiled MKXP from source and the font is now loading fine but i now get visual glitches when ever i go full-screen.

I need the prebuilt version, the commit you compiled from, and at least some kind of screenshot to attempt to diagnose this. If this is still an issue for you, please reopen.
