Display of used endpoint (IP number) within the output log. #1

As there are a lot of IP numbers related to a hostname of a pool eg eu1.ethermine.org and your proxy determines the fastest by checking the roundtrips of all associated IP numbers it would helpful to know which IP number was selected or is being used.

PS: Thanks for the program - We could reduced the stale shares from 3-4% to 1-2% (exactly 1.32% based on the proxy log) !

Yet working on it. I will set IP endpoint in log (ethminer's style).
Nevertheless I'm removing the fastest roundtrip check as the trend for large pools is to put load balancers in front of nodes. For instance eu1.ethermine.org is now a single Cloudflare ip
