Only some calls that galaxy makes are implemented finish all of them. Additionally update the calls to not stop and run on the proper schedule.

In the initial implementation there are commands that appear to be working well enough while others are not and may not be commands at all. Came up with the implemented ones from what calls were being called and how from the logs of a plugin running and the api. TODO verify these.
