Even though I just updated the module and restarted my phone, when I visit a website that checks your browser version, it says I am using an old version of the default webview, not the latest Bromite. Is this expected?

@yephny what website? And iirc bromite fudges the user agent.

This, for example. Visit it in Webview. It shows the default webview installed on my phone.

It says Bromite is not the system's currently selected WebView provider in "WebView DevTools".

Don't rely on that. Are you on Android 12 or newer?

It's Android 10.
