use lowerCamelCase for flavor names #131

Currently, flavorizr generates flavors in screaming caps:

enum Flavor {
  DEV,
  PROD,
}

While recommended names for constants are in lowerCamelCase:

enum Flavor {
  dev,
  prod,
}
